Representatives from A&F actually came down to our school's career fair and they asked for me to interview with them for the part-time job as a store associate. You need to first enter all your information in their store's system, and you'll be asked to choose an interview time/date. The interview is conducted as a group interview so there may be 5 or more people interviewing with you. There are behavioral questions and some questions about the specific brand. If they like you, they'll call you within a few days.
