I found this great career position on my school's website for recent graduates. I applied and was immediately contacted by an HR member who set up a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty standard, and after we spoke I was asked out to the main campus for a face to face interview with the same HR coordinator that week. Again, very standard first interview. I think they are evaluating your face to face presence as well as your physicality... to see if you fit in with the culture. I also took an IQ test. I was told I would know if I move on the next step that evening. She was right on time in telling me that they would love to have me out to interview with 3 team members (a director for the position, and two co-workers). Everyone was excellent, polite, personable and just absolutely amazing to speak with. Overall a fantastic, professional experience.
