I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (London, England) in Aug 2019
Interview
Horrendous. Nobody was expecting me so they got some random person to interview me. They asked some silly questions and it was unprofessional. My second interview, it felt like nobody knew which store I applied to as it was in a Hollister store and they were telling me Hollister information. It then took 5 weeks to find out after I was messed around by recruitment.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Berlin) in Aug 2018
Interview
Brief, relaxed 3 part interview process. Most of the questions asked pertained to personality traits and leading. Some questions asked about my style choice or naming three current trends. Best to prepare the basics like “how would others describe you?”
I applied online. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch
Interview
The entire process was pretty smooth and straightforward. I received a call from the store manager asking to set up a first round interview/meet and greet. During the interview they explained the policies and asked situational questions. I was then invited back for a second interview with the district manager. She was very friendly and easy to talk to! She went in depth about the job requirements/expectations and then asked me a few questions about my accomplishments, problem solving skills, etc.
