I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Maple Grove, MN) in Feb 2008
Interview
They are two ways to apply, online or at the store. I applied at the store. Luckily I applied at the store on the day they had an interview going on. So i got to join in for the group interview. Questions were really simple though hard to answer because someone else could have answered it better or could have taken your answer. So try to say something different if possible. It was simple questions about customer service, diversity, presentation of the store ect. Its a very easy interview process. After that they will let you know if youre hired or not by giving you a call. If youre hired you set a date with Hollister for orientation. You just go over rules ect with a book after that you watch a movie. thats pretty much it.
