The interview for model was a group interview. We all showed up at the store and were taken elsewhere when the interview was about to begin. People applying for model and impact were interviewed together without any difference in interviewing methods. We were asked group questions like, "What does diversity mean to you?" or "What does A&F do to differentiate itself from other companies?". Considering you could usually listen to other people's responses before yours and build off them it was extremely easy. I would recommend that anyone applying for the interview simply try to emulate the typical abercrombie lifestyle.
