I submitted my application online and received a phone call the next day asking me to come to a group interview the next week. I arrived at the store ten minuted early and there were other people waiting to be interrviewed. The Assistant Manager asked us to follow him and we went to the food court and had the interview. It was very easy, the questions were simple, and everyone was very energetic. What they look for while going through the interview process is someone who is articulate and can speek thier mind while being energetic.
