After applying online, I received an email from HR to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was with HR and was centered around personality. Interviewer didn't know many technical aspects of the position. Following the phone interview I was asked to come to their corporate "campus" for 1:1 interviews with the team. They were very gracious and accomidating - setting up my flights, hotel, transportation, and city tour. Schedule for the interview day was a little delayed. They are absolutely proud of the campus and culture and have very intellegient university - loving employees. They LIVE their brand. The actual interviews were mixed messages. There is one manager that is fearer & admired by the group and all of the conversation focused on that. A couple days after the meeting (as promised from HR), I received word that I wasn't being considered. All in all a great interview experience that gave me a good understanding of their culture and values. I mutually agreed that it was not the culture for my situation.
