Went in to the store and applied. The next week, I received a phone call from the manager asking if I could come in for a group interview. There were about 8 other people interviewing with me. Easy questions like "what kind of music do you listen to?" and "what do you do for fun?"
They want you to look the part (dress in Abercrombie and Fitch if you want the job)
