The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2010
Interview
I went into the store to apply for a job and the manger seemed to really like me. I asked her about the different jobs and she said I should apply for the model position. I did so and she told me someone would call me that week to set up a group interview.
Well. I never got a call. I went back in after a few weeks and the manager working told me there must have been a mix up and that I'd get a call that week. Instead of waiting for a call I asked when the next group interview was and she told me to come in on that Friday.
The interview was with two other girls and it was clear that they were only looking for appearance. Only the model got the job while they recommended we try out for a stock room job.
If you're model beautiful this job may be for you, but that are pretty vain in who they hire. The position is called 'model', though, so you kind of get what you ask for.

It was normal and it was fine. I think it was average as an interview. Nothing more I can think of. Just a normal interview. That is all. Nice and simple-nothing more I can think of
