Interview
As an internal candidate, I had a phone interview which was pretty straight-forward. A few months later I was flown out the office for the second round. I had about six 1:1 interviews, a Wunderlich test, and a skills test. Thought it went well, apparently I was not what they were looking for.
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds of meeting with different levels of associates across the company. In many ways Abercrombie & Fitch is committed to learning about the candidates, but they are also committed to ensuring candidates learn about the company, it's culture and values.
