Interview
Managers recruit good looking people. Interview is a breeze. They ask questions like; Define diversity, and why it's important, Describe the A&F look, What are your hobbies. Usually 2 managers and 2 or 3 candidates. Very informal, casual dress. Usually looking for college aged clean cut, preppy, hip people. If you're recruited by a manager you're pretty much in, if you just go and apply it's more up in the air.
