I was approached on campus for having a "good look" and that Abercrombie & Fitch at the local mall was hiring. I agreed to the interview because at the time I could use the money. When I got to the store everyone seemed stuck up, and had their collars popped. Everyone looked so pretty. I had a group interview with several other candidates who clearly were hired to work in the back on the store in what was called "impact" team. I was given the offer after the interview and took it.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
