After passing the online situational test, I was contacted for a telephone interview which lasted about 20-30 mins. They asked questions based on skills and previous experience and your reasons for wanting to work for them. After passing that, I was invited to a face-to-face interview which lasted about 15 mins and was no different from the telephone interview. Though all in all, I ended up staying for an hour

Interview
The interview was very casual, it's more about getting to know you and what you know. Share a lot of things that you've done in the past that will benefit the customer service and their satisfaction. They do try to do a group interview which may help you to not feel too nervous, however, it doesn't always turn out the same and I was the only one being interviewed. Just be very respectful and poised, answer professionally but also seem very friendly and approachable. I was lucky enough to be interviewed with someone who made me feel like we were just having a normal conversation.
