Flown out to Home Office. Interview process consists of IQ test as well as a basic merchant skills test. You have 3 one on one interviews. The interview process is extremely informative and you learn exactly what the job entails. Abercrombie does a great job of giving prospective candidates a clear picture of the job responsibilities.
