Simple group interview. Casual dress and minimum prep. Employer is looking for good personality and work ethic. Since the previous CEO has left and new management has taken over, the company's top priority now is customer service so be prepared to answer questions related to customer service scenarios. Prospective Brand Representatives(Sales assistants) will have to sell themselves as exceptionally friendly and helpful, where as prospective stock associates will have to show strong organisational skills and ability to work well under time pressure. The interview is fun so try and relax. They are just trying to get to know you.
