It was fairly simple. You meet with the district manager. They ask about retail experience, management style, why you want the position, etc. you generally hear back within a week or so. Don't need to much experience to succeed.

It is a very short interview. It is in the front of the store and they ask you questions and write down your answers on a piece of paper with clipboard. They seem to want people who look the role. I feel like they might discriminate based on your appearance and gender (if you are a male).

easy interview , at the mall, with the store manager waiting for the next round with the district manager.. friendly.. but at the end they surprised me that the job will be in a different location!
