Interview
I talked to the manager about my application and she said that I can come in the next day for an interview. Applicants for both impact team members and modeling positions were present. The manager asked questions that made you explain an experience.
Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.
