Interview
The questions are very similar to what I read from here or other websites. The interviewer ask questions from an interview packet. She asked questions from the packet and took notes of your answers. The process was relaxing. After answering all the questions she explained the dress code and how MITs are trained job responsibilities. Sent an thank-you email after the interview but got no response. 2 weeks later I got a letter in mail saying that they cannot hire me, which I kind of knew because they want to send MITs abroad where they can work legally without having A&F sponsoring working visas - but there's not yet an A&F in my home country.
Wore all A&F that day except for my shoes. Nothing new though; just wore what I already have.

Interview
1. You need to apply for the position that you are interested on the official website.
2. You will receive an email that invites you to take part in an online video interview in English which contains of 4 simple questions. Don't worry about that.
3. After the video interview, you will receive the phone call by A & F. They will ask you some basic information in detail. Don't be shy or nervous, just answer their questions clearly and confidently. Show yourself to them.
4. After the phone call interview, you will receive another phone call that invites you to take part in a face-to-face interview with a store manager. You need to be fully prepared and answer their questions in English. Be confident and passionate and you will win.
5. After the store manager interview, you will attend another English interview with a district manger. Go for it and victory is just ahead.
Three rounds of interview. For the first two rounds, met with the store manager and asked some behavioral questions. For the final round, met the DM and dig deeper of your resume.
