The interview process was the most extensive I’ve ever been through. It started with an asynchronous video interview (basic introductory questions), followed by three separate virtual interviews with different individuals, each lasting about 30 minutes and very similar questions repeated across the three. I then completed a detailed work assignment (creating a training course based on real internal processes), which took 8–12 hours to complete, without any compensation or feedback.
I was then invited for a final in-person, half-day interview at their office, which included a tour, lunch, and four back-to-back interviews. I had to take PTO for this.
While I initially appreciated the structured nature of the process, I was extremely disappointed by what followed. I was told to expect next steps the following week, but instead received an email two weeks later stating there would be at least a month-long delay due to internal changes. That was at the beginning of this year. I never heard from them again.
This felt like a disorganized and inconsiderate process, and I regret the time and unpaid labor I invested. I hope they reevaluate how they manage candidate communications and expectations.
