Interview

One interview with the Store Manager and if you pass, there is a second interview with the District Manager. It is pretty casual and it is important to have a very casual conversation with both Store and District Managers - shows that you can carry a conversation with anyone that walks through the door.

Very relaxed with the District Manager. He was wearing jeans and flip flops. Just be sure to know about the brand. All you need is a bachelors degree. The interview was about 15 minutes on a bench outside of the store.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (San Diego, CA) in Nov 2009

Interview

I walked into the store and applied. The store manager took my information and told me he would contact his district manager. After a few days the district manager called me and setup an interview. I only had one interview with the typical interview questions. Tip: Wear the clothes to the interview and be friendly and out-going. Must have a college degree or be in your last semester of college. Tell them you love the style (even if you really dont, lol.)
