Abercrombie & Fitch Manager In Training interview questions

I got the interview with the DM through a friend who had recently become an Assistant Manager at Hollister. I filled out the online application and went to my interview the next day. It was by far the most casual interview experience I had ever been a part of. I wore a plaid shirt, cropped jeans, and flip flops...crazy, right? Made sure I didn't wear too much jewelry, makeup...pretty much going right along with the look policy they talk about. The interview lasted for about an hour and took place in the food court. I was asked a lot of questions and he explained everything in A LOT of detail...taking notes while I answered questions. Told me he would be in touch with me and wanted to give me time to think about the position before I said anything. It is a very structured interview...he read from a stack of papers, pretty much verbatim. However, there were times when we talked about other things on my resume, etc. He was very easy to talk to and gave a lot of advice.

Went to the store and interviewed with the district manager. The interview lasted roughly a hour, possibly longer. The interview was very laid back we went into to mall and sat at the coffee shop. The interview told me about herself and made me feel very comfortable.
