I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism of the administrator Dr. Brown, who both refused to answer basic questions about the position and job expectations, as well as was unable to provide any information about the position including salary and number of hours. Her lack of preparedness for the interview speaks volumes about this organization. Even after refusing and being unable to provide any information, she still asked if I had any other questions, in spite of demonstrating that she clearly was not capable of or interested in answering them. She displayed no regard for the needs of a potential employee and I made it clear I had no interest in any further discussions regarding this position.
