I have been interviewed for each role and have been hired for each role. Throughout the interview process, I was interviewed by the Regional Director, a Clinical Director, HR, and the Vice President of Vinea Capital. The hiring process included questions pertaining to my role as a supervisee (RBT and Case Manager) and the questions geared towards my professional and ethical decision-making processes. For the role of the BCBA, I was interviewed by again the Regional Director, HR, and VP of Vinea Capital to ensure I was within competency to lead a double clinic with professional and ethical mannerisms. They provided open-ended questions, scenario questions, requested information from previous work experience, and furthermore we discussed the ABLE Kids Model to ensure my role with ABLE Kids would align with their vision and mission. Throughout the process, I felt supported and the communication was excellent.
