Skype call with the recruiter, product owner and another designer - Present your design solution for the challenge 3. Visit the Ableton office in Berlin, Full day interview. They will fly you in if you are visiting from abroad and will help you get a nice hotel if needed. The day begins with a design workshop (which is super fun and exciting. A good way to get to know the team you will work with) Then lunch, after which there is the actual interview. The interview was more like a chat to get to know each other. The whole process can take from 1 to 3 Months.
