Should you accept the challenge and pass it, Ableton offers a 15-minute cultural interview with several team members related to the Support team. If all goes well, your last phase of interviewing is a 45-minute "final" interview, discussing your resume, work experiences (good and bad), and abilities that would make you the best fit for the role. Overall, every step of the process was wonderful, and even though I felt awkward at the cultural fit interview as it was a new type of intermittent interview, I loved every minute talking about my experiences and learning more about Ableton.
