The interview process was super quick. We did a phone screen, then a virtual interview , then a talk with the owner, then offer letter. The interviewer asked basic questions about my experience and behaviors I do and do not feel comfortable with.

Interview was very conversational and follow up questions were answered quickly. I did not realize that the interview was with the person who was making the hiring decisions. I originally thought it would be a multiple step interview process.
