After applying, I received a phone call from one of Abrigo's recruiters for a basic phone screening (skills review, and explaining what Abrigo is about). That was then followed up by a second phone call from the hiring manager who delved deeper into my experience, and previous employment. The last phone called I received was from a current Corp SysAdmin from their Austin office(more skills/personality review).
Past the phone screenings, I was called in for a 2 hour long interview between 3 different individuals. The entire process was very pleasant, and everyone was extremely nice to talk with. In between interviews, I was offered a tour of the office spaces, and general overview of what Abrigo does.
I'm generally a person who is quite nervous when going into interviews, but Abrigo's process was very comfortable, and made me feel welcomed the minute I walked in the door.
