The hiring process here is a bit much for an entry level job. A phone screen with HR, then another phone screen with a senior team member, and then a 3 hour interview panel with multiple members of the advisory team. All that for an entry level job. Abrigo isn't a major Investment Bank or Google, zero reason to waste so much time in hiring for such a junior position. The 3 hour panel also included questions on Abrigo's systems and how I would work on their systems (which I wouldn't have access to). The entire process was a drawn out mess with miscommunication between HR and the advisory team delaying my interview by weeks.
