Pretty reasonable and straight forward interview process for a Sr. Product Designer role! 3 rounds: - Chat with talent to go over the role, company, compensation expectations - 1 hr interview with product design director and a product design manager to go over 1-2 case studies and ask questions - More of a behavioural round. Met with design director again, senior PM, and a senior developer to discuss process/collaboration.
