The interview process was pretty standard. I was interview by HR, the hiring manager, and a few software developers all at the same time. The one thing that I think they should not have done is ask about my salary expectations during that meeting in the presence of so many people. That conversation should have just been between myself and HR. Other than that, the interview itself was nothing out of the ordinary. Weeks after they interviewed me, they then emailed me to say that they no longer have the budget for the position. They essentially wasted my time when they don't even have the funds to hire people.
