Interview
My experience during the interview process with Absorb was absolutely fantastic. I would go as far saying it is the best that I have been part of during my 20+ year working career. From the very first interaction, I genuinely felt that everyone in the Absorb Team was fully engaged, super transparent and incredibly friendly. This theme followed throughout the 4 stages of the process against my application, and this was regardless of the discussions being conducted over the phone or via a video call. At each stage I left the discussions feeling completely energized about the company, the people I would be working with, the culture and the opportunity connected to the role. The team were hugely flexible and accommodating around the times for the various sessions too, which was greatly appreciated.
