The hiring team was unprepared and used me as a guinea pig to tailor the interview process for future candidates. During the screening call, the recruiter asked me if she could attend my interview with the hiring manager to help prepare the next candidates (verbatim). Ten minutes before my interview with the executive, I found out from the recruiter that the job description had been changed and reposted under a new job title, leaving me unable to leverage this new JD to prepare. However, the executive asked virtually no pertinent questions relating to my prior experience and how it related to the role. He also ate his lunch during our interview. Disappointing and disrespectful experience.
