The interview process with Absorb was definitely one of the best I've ever experienced! The initial screening with the recruiter was fantastic. She understood Marketing (not always the case with marketing roles!) and was able to answer my questions on our call. Her positivity was really encouraging and she was very clear with me about next steps, timing, and expectations. My interview with my hiring manager and then my future colleagues were also great. The questions were very focused on the role I would be doing, and there was time for me to ask questions as well throughout and at the end of each call. The whole process moved rather quickly and the recruiter communicated with me every step of the way, which I was very grateful for. All together, a really great interview process and so far, a fantastic place to work!
