My interview experience with Absorb was by far the most incredible process I've experienced in my career thus far. The professionalism, timeliness and care from each member of the team I encountered start to finish cannot be emphasized enough. Kirsty, the lead Recruiter I worked with, is a superstar and led the process with great communication. The Absorb Sales Team is clearly a best in class squad.
Very organized process. The first and second interviews are very easy. First interview is with a team manager, second interview is with the vp of sales, final interview is with three team members. They ask you to create a slide show and then a slide deck for potential client. Last stage is a little messy.
I interviewed with the recruiter who amazing . Then the VP of Sales where I really felt it was a 10/10 interview. The next portion was a 2 part presentation which I spent many hours for days on. I felt this could be a great fit on how I was treated so far. The presentation I feel looked great and was thorough. Why did I leave the panel interview completely defeated?? There were off the wall questions which stopped me in my tracks. It’s like someone just didn’t want me to have a chance to get that role. It was a blessing in disguise though, because I just accepted an amazing offer somewhere else!

They really wanted to know more about me on a personal level and what motivates me. It felt like they wanted to know who I was as a person, and not just someone in sales. They seem to really value hard work, team players, and people that strive in an environment where you want to learn and get better.
