I recently had the opportunity to interview with Absorb Software, and although I didn't receive an offer due to accepting another offer, I wanted to share my positive experience with their hiring process. Firstly, I would like to highlight the support I received from the hiring manager. The team was incredibly passionate about the company and showed a genuine eagerness to gain insights and feedback during the interviews. During my interview, I had the chance to meet with two members of Absorb Software's leadership team. I was impressed by their professionalism, communication skills, and evident care for the team they lead and the company's growth. They came across as true leaders who are invested in adding value to their team and organization. One aspect that stood out to me was Absorb Software's transparency and organization throughout the hiring process. They provided a high-level summary of all the interviews and presentations required, along with an estimate of the total duration from the first to the last interview. This level of clarity and communication is commendable, especially in a large organization. Overall, my experience with Absorb Software left a positive impression. Despite not receiving an offer, I believe they are a well-organized company that knows what they're doing, which can be a rarity even in smaller-sized companies.
