I really enjoyed the interview process at Absorb. My initial meeting was a 30 minute "are you a good fit" discussion with one of the Talent Acquisition Partners named Vijay. He did an incredible job of not only digging deep into may past work history and successes but also giving me some time to ask about the team I would be working with, and the culture at Absorb. My second round was with the VP of Sales Scott. He was very personable and the interview felt more like a discussion than a grill session. The final round was a panel interview in which you are presenting the assignment that you were given after you pass the 2nd round.
