Absorb Software Proposals Coordinator interview questions

I applied online and got a link to schedule my interview pretty quickly. Loved that I could book it myself online – super easy! First up, I chatted with the manager and director. It was more like a friendly conversation than a formal interview, and they were really open about what it's like to work at Absorb. Next, I had to do a small project. Nothing too crazy, just enough to show what I can do. Last step was another chat with the manager and a Proposal Specialist. Throughout the entire recruitment process, I was impressed by its efficiency and smoothness. Absorb demonstrated exceptional professionalism by providing timely feedback at each stage.
