Absorb Software Senior Designer interview questions

There were four interviews: with the HR recruiter, hiring manager, two team members, and two designers. The process was smooth, with quick responses from my recruiter, Lyndsay Kearsey, and Vijay Masih. The questions focused on the role, and I had time to ask my own throughout each interview. Overall, the interviews were easygoing, and I had the chance to present my work. Feedback was positive, and they shared it with me. The process moved quickly, and I was kept informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. After receiving the offer, Lyndsay provided updates and answered my onboarding questions clearly. My hiring manager also congratulated me before I started, which made me feel welcomed. So far, it’s been a great experience.
