I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Abt (Glenview, IL) in Oct 2023
Interview
After meeting a recruiter, I was invited to come to Glenview for my in-person interview. I first spoke to a woman who informed me I’d be next to speak to a group panel who would be conducting the interview. There were about 4 people in the group and one of them lead the majority of the time. They asked me different questions while also examining body language and response time. It was important to them that I understood that the customer service must be pristine, and after 8 minutes of conversation, I was directed to speak once again with the first woman closing my interview process,
A simple get to know you questions with hr and some of the general managers as well as one of the owners. They are all friendly and make you feel super comfortable, nothing to be scared or nervous about
