The recruiter was nice enough, super quick to respond and pleasant during the initial phone interview. The hiring manager on the other hand was difficult to understand due to an accent (also talked too fast) during the follow up video call interview which lead me to incorrectly answer her questions even though I'm a qualified candidate and lives locally to the facility that's being opened. A lot of her questions were exactly the same, only rephrased slightly and asking very specific process questions I couldn't fully answer due to trying to maintain the privacy of my current employer's practices.

A couple days in advance, we set up an on-site interview via email. They sent me a detailed schedule of the 5 people who would be interviewing me. On the day of the interview, not a single person on the schedule was available to interview. Instead, they grabbed anyone available. Apparently they had clients touring the facility so hard to free up the 5 original interviewers to interview me. There was time to reschedule the interview. Don't know why they didn't do that. Each interviewer made it a point to tell me how busy they are putting out fires all the time. And how they are short for space too. Got it.
