Was a zoom interview. Had lots of opportunities to show off experience and get to know the team. Everyone was kind and laid back. Some of the team members were really keen on getting the right people and going over recommendations.

Prior to the interview, there were conversations with the head of the group and the recruiter. Semi organized round robin type group questions from different levels in the group. Overall a straightforward process but less formalized and rigorous like other companies or organizations.

Straightforward interview with the director and senior scientists. Presented some previous scientific work to the group and was asked questions. The questions were very traditional and the scientists were warms and welcoming.
