Interview
The process started with a screening round over phone. It was a short wonderful conversation where I talked about my background, experiences and what I wish to pursue after graduation.
The second round involved 3 one-on-one interviews. The interviewers were extremely welcoming and transparent about the role, culture and the challenges that the company currently faces. They clearly explained what the responsibilities of the role would be and what will be expected out of the incoming candidate. Questions revolved around my previous experiences, education and short term and long term goals. I got an opportunity to share my working style and learning preferences. Overall, an insightful experience with open communication.
The second round was followed by a wonderful tour of the office and information on some of the benefits.
The third and final round also involved 3 one-on-one interviews. Similar to second round, the interviewers with extremely open about the culture and the responsibilities of the role. Questions were based on my fit and skills for the position as well as my career choices up until now. It was a great learning experience.

Interview
Applied through College Job Portal and was contacted by the HR in few hours. Had a wonderful phone interview and was invited to on-site interview a week later. Met 3 employees from finance department and went through my backgrounds, interests, etc. -mostly behavioral. I was told to wait until the end of the year for the decision, but was never heard back even though I followed up twice.
