Interviewer asked for my availability and then sent an interview request for about 20 minutes from then. Technically fell within my general availability, but it was pretty unprofessional not to schedule it in advance. The interview itself was okay, a bit rushed. The overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I withdrew from the process.
