Interviewed with Camelback first, then again with Flower campus. Was very excited about my first interview and was told would hear back quickly and the position to be filled was urgent. After a week or 2, I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks to check in. They said I was a likely hire, but that they were backed up and thanked me for my patience. Finally got a call that they wanted me to interview for a different AMS location and went to that interview about 4 weeks after the first one. Flower was a great interview with Juliet and learned a lot about the school and its goals. Walked away excited and confident. I heard back from Flower 1.5 weeks later and was offered the PE Teacher position. After going up to meet with Richard (the PE Teacher and AD) to gain some insight and prepare myself for my upcoming schoo year, I learned there might be expectations of me as an AD. Very excited about that possibility so met with the Principle and assistant principle and am still a little unclear. Looking to gain more clarity and a plan for the full position I will be filling.
