I applied online. I interviewed at Academy Sports + Outdoors (Houston, TX) in Sep 2012
Interview
Formatted questions. Structured interview that asked questions closely related to the open position. Not difficult as they know that most of the positions are entry level positions that do not require much experience to perform the job. Interview was one on one. Sometimes they do bring in more than one person to interview, but most of the time it is the direct supervisor or manger interviewing.

Good interview process. Just ended not for me. Great questions and probably best for someone who is starting out. Talked about character and how to lead. Overall good starter interview.
