The hiring process was fairly quick but I was told it was based on my performance on the online assessment from the online application. The interview lasted less than 20 minutes and it was really comfortable. I applied online on a Thursday and called the day after to inquire about my application status. I was given an interview a week later and an offer a day after the interview.

Interview
It was fairly fast and simple. Very basic and straight forward questions about the job and how to handle situations. They ask you to sell the Academy Credit Card to them and how would you handle the situation. I was called for the interview about 1 week after applying and had the interview a week later and was offered the job on the spot. After they will have you sign a conditional paper with your pay and start date and then you have to agree to a background check as well.
