There was a phone screening before an interview was scheduled. A series of one-on-ones with different managers + the hiring manager, each interview was about 50 minutes long with each being very informative. Following the interview it took a long time to get feedback.

Call with recruiter and call with hiring manager. Heard back quickly within a week with job offer. Questions asked were relevant to the job and my experience. Pretty quick conversation, scheduled for 30 minutes and lasted about 20.

Employee referral. Received a voicemail from HR recruiter for phone screening. Attempted to contact recruiter for 3-4 weeks with no response. Finally sent an email to HR and CC current employee and HR rep apologized and said it's been busy. Finally received a call back for phone screening. Interviewed with 4 replenishment managers. Basic interview questions. Interviewed on a Friday and got called back on Monday with job offer.
