I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Academy Sports + Outdoors (Tyler, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
I did a walk in interview. We talked about my current job and the similarities and differences. Showed me the receiving bay. When I was leaving, she told me to go ahead and fill out an application and told me about the process and how to do good in the video assessment.
The interview process was simple, fast and very intentional and related questions. Followed by a fun one at the end, about: what animal I would describe myself as and why.
