The interview process was pleasant, and felt like a two way conversation between myself and the store manager. I felt she was genuinely curious how my military background would translate to the job I was applying for.

I was flown down to Houston, great interview with some members of the team and others seemed uninterested. Companies are no longer respectful of candidates. There has been no follow up. If I want chosen for the position, that I can handle, radio silence is not
