My interview went very well. They were intrested in my hobbies (hunting and fishing), which I love doing. He gave me a few scenarios of a man bringing his son in and he wanted to buy a gun for him. As he did also with a compound bow. I haven't had many interviews in my time but I would say this went really well. He told me they would let me know something in 7 to 10 days about the job. It is a new store opening and I hope I get to be a part of it. This area needed a store like this.
Good interview process. Just ended not for me. Great questions and probably best for someone who is starting out. Talked about character and how to lead. Overall good starter interview.
